At GLOBIKE designs we have incorporated many accessories from the world of Motocross, so these designs are very interesting. Could I ask a favor? I understand that the Bill of Rights was amended repeatedly since the last Constitutional Convention and that most law since then was based on the amendments rather than strict interpretation of the Bill of Rights.

Show me in the Second Amendment where “The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes…”

According to the syllabus prepared by the U.S. Supreme Court Reporter of Decisions,[129] in this decision the Supreme Court held:[130][129]

(1) The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home. Pp. 2–53.[130][129]

f) None of the Court’s precedents forecloses the Court’s interpretation. Neither United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U. S. 542 , nor Presser v. Illinois, 116 U. S. 252 , refutes the individual-rights interpretation. United States v. Miller, 307 U. S. 174 , does not limit the right to keep and bear arms to militia purposes, but rather limits the type of weapon to which the right applies to those used by the militia, i.e., those in common use for lawful purposes. Pp. 47–54.[130][129]

It must be no secret, by now, that Vid Opiná [accent must be used] and Robert Morris Kiger aka Bob Kiger aka “Cruiser Bob” are all the same person and that would be me.

This announcement of “candidacy for president” was deliberately made in advance of President Barrack Obama’s “State of the Union” speech for strategic reasons.

Specifically I wanted to say whether I was just going to play “ping-pong” with our president to help him weather the New Hampshire primaries OR whether he would become so “wishy-washy” that I had to make a serious challenge on his leadership.

Make no mistake, I love President Obama. I thank him for all he has done to heal the nation given the disastrous condition that he inherited from the Bush presidency. Eight years of mismanagement and “nucular” vidiocy left the country near collapse.

Obama brought us back from the brink but, in the process, he did not take care of the vital issues that make the US government incapable of solving real problems. When I announced my candidacy I made a special point of reforming the cloture process in the US Senate, because I knew it would come up the next day and than [poof] it would be fixed or not!

President Obama did not even mention the importance of that vote to overcoming the problem that the US Senate has become a “graveyard for any ideas to improve the well being of the nation”.

He did not take mention that the Second Amendment begins with the words “A well regulated militia”. Who well regulated the shooter of Representative “Gabby” Gifford?

He did not take ownership of the need to pay for services that the US public demands. In short he caved into the Republican Tea Party and allowed them to set the agenda for the remainder of his presidency.

In the days and weeks ahead I will present my “Common Sense” solutions for the malaise that is currently stressing out the entire country.
His “Win the Future” slogan is weak rhetoric and it is not backed up by reality.
