Dialog between enemies is not in State of Union ???
NOTE: The entire contents of this blog were delivered to President Bush at Whitehouse.gov 10 hours before the State-of-the-Union address.
In order to understand the vidiots view "on dialog between enemies" it is useful to begin by making a Google or Live Search or whatever engine you prefer for [dialog between enemies]
What you will find is every special interest group in the world presenting their position on dialog with their enemies. You will find precious little about dialog between enemies on a conceptual level . . . even if you add "concept" to your search terms.
We are now living in the age of videography, where advanced information research and communication are available through wireless handsets anywhere in the world. This was not even possible a quarter century ago. That was back in the age of literacy, when print and broadcast media and telecommunications between small groups were the means of communications.
Broadcast faxing was a step toward the publicization of communications globally but the digital revolution sealed the deal and cellular publicization is the technology that changes the long held strategy about dialog between enemies.
The 21st century marked the beginning of the age of videography and while "It is commonly known that the early forms of legal procedure were grounded in vengeance." these long held notions will be swept into the gutter of history.
For decades to come there will be hold outs who kill and maim in a pathetic effort to achieve whatever cause they perceive is important. In the end they will overtaken by the publicization of communications which will lead to a publicization of ethical ideas about using communication as the "battlespace" for modern conflict resolution. We call it "battlespace videography". Today's children understand the new world order well enough.
If President Bush even understood "battlespace videography" as he gives his State of the Union address tonight . . . than we would be well on our way to opening dialog over long held differences with Palestrine Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba and others who we currently refuse to engage. No matter whether our leader talks tonight . . . the world is talking.
The failure of the US Administration to engage its enemies in dialog is vidiocy of the highest magnitude and, in the future, many could die needlessly because of this policy.
Tell me I'm the vidiot!!!!
